利浦仓建造技术是当今世界最先进的钢板仓建造技术，它建造方法独特：施工时将495mm宽的卷板由开卷机送入成型机轧制成所需的几何型状，再通过弯折机弯折、咬口，围绕着筒仓外侧形成一条30mm-40mm宽，连续环绕的螺旋凸条，在结构上起到加强筒仓强度的作用。对于材质不同的两种材料，利浦仓建造设备也能实现双层弯折施工。
