拔盖机

ZBG-1型自动拔盖机是专供CGY300－600型桶装生产线，预处理的设备之一，经过瓶盖预热器预热后的桶通过输送带进入拔盖机，接受光电信号，自动定位。拔盖头由两片圆弧瓣组成，似手张开压在桶口，收紧圆弧瓣。似手抓紧桶口盖边，然后向上提升拔盖，拔出后自动松开，由气将盖吹向集盖槽。拔盖过程中不伤桶口，无桶不拔，全过程由LG电脑控制。

该拔盖机具有自动进出桶、定位、拔盖、吹盖、于一体的新型拔盖机。具有桶盖集中回用、结构紧凑、操作简单、维护方便等优点，是集机电、气于一体的新型自动拔盖机。

该机机架、封扳、传动部件等均采用高强度不锈钢材料。使得整机牢靠。气电均采用PLC可编程控制器控制。工作稳定。并采用观代化设计理念。操作、维护方便。

ZBG-1 type automatic decapper is designed for CGY300－600 barreled line as one of preparation equipments.

1) This machine with automatic import and export barrel, positioning, pulling the barrel cap, blowing the cap, is a new tape pulling cap machine.

 2) Adopting PLC and pneumatic cylinder, it works in line. Decapper head does not hurt cap and bottle mouth at all.  Capacity is adjustable. It is compatible with a wide range of bottle height and cap diameter.

 

3) With the barrel controlled by photoelectrical signal. Under the condition that no barrel or the outlet of cap-removing machine is jammed, the barrel will be transferred to the lower part of the cap-removing head by transferring belt for automatic positioning.

4) During the process of cap-removing, the edge of the barrel will not be damaged.

 

5) The whole process is controlled by computer.

6) According to the customer requirement, we will change the modification design basing on existing machine.
