<b><span>几种不同形貌的氧化铝区别:<span></span></span></b>
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
<b><span>针状氧化铝,</span></b><span>使用大颗粒氧化铝使用球磨机或气流粉碎机破碎制成,产品价格低。其在液体硅胶中填充量极低,普通针状氧化铝的添加量一般为<span>300</span>份左右,所得产品导热率非常有限,仅能达到<span>0.5~0.8W/m·K</span>,制得产品虽然粘度略高,但还能满足某些应用需要。<span></span></span>

<b><span>圆柱状氧化铝,</span></b><span>使用氧化铝在特点温度经过高温煅烧,使氧化铝晶体生长成圆柱状,高温煅烧工艺增加了其成本,所以价格略高于针状氧化铝,但是其填充量可以达到<span>400~500</span>份左右,提高了产品的导热率,能达到<span>0.8~1.3W/m·K</span>。<span></span></span>

<b><span>类球形氧化铝(<span>Estone</span>生产),</span></b><span>是使用大晶粒的氧化铝经过整形和研磨而成,由于大晶粒氧化铝需经过高温煅烧,而将其制成类球形又增加了整形和研磨等工序,所以其价格又略高于圆柱状氧化铝。类球形氧化铝的球形率一般为<span>70%</span>左右,其填充率可达<span>500~600</span>份,制成液体导热硅橡胶导热系数可达<span>1.3~1.5W/m·K</span>。<span></span></span>
