<span>pps</span><span><span>平均分子量为</span><span>0.4-0.5</span><span>万,密度为</span><span>1.3-1.8</span><span>克每立方厘米,</span><span>pps</span><span>有十分优异的热性能。添加玻璃纤维增强后的热性能指标更高,在</span><span>232</span><span>摄氏度经</span><span>5000h</span><span>的热老化后,如玻璃纤维、碳纤维、填料等来增强其力学性能,改性后的</span><span>pps</span><span>能在长期工作负荷和热负荷的作用下保持高的力学性能和尺寸稳定性,因而可应用于温度高的受力环境中。</span><span></span></span>

<span>pps</span><span><span>的介电常数很小,介电损耗相当低,表面电阻率和体积电阻率对频率、温度、湿度的变化不敏感,是优良的电绝缘材料,它的耐电弧时间也较长,</span><span>pps</span><span>的化学稳定性相当好,除了受强氧化酸,如浓硫酸、浓硝酸和王水的侵蚀外,它不受绝大多数酸碱盐的侵蚀,具有接近于</span><span>PTFE</span><span>的化学稳定性。在低于</span><span>175</span><span>摄氏度时不溶于任何已知的有机溶剂,</span><span>pps</span><span>与一般有机溶剂接触时不会出现塑件开裂现象。</span><span></span></span>

<span>PPS</span><span><span>本身的化学结构相当稳定,而且含有阻燃性的元素</span><span>——</span><span>硫,因此,</span><span>PPS</span><span>具有优异的耐燃性。将试片点燃,调整氧气与氮气的流速观察燃烧情形。而刚好让试片持续燃烧的氧气浓度便是极限氧气指数,其值越高,表示耐燃性越佳。纯</span><span>PPS</span><span>的极限氧气指数可高达</span><span>44</span><span>,也就具有优良的耐燃性。含填充剂或玻璃纤维的</span><span>PPS</span><span>的极限氧气指数更高,其耐燃性更佳。</span><span></span></span>

<span><span>球化率表示产品中球形颗粒所占比例,球化率越高,球形硅微粉产品在环氧模塑料中的填充性能越好。采用火焰法生产球形硅微粉,影响产品球化率的因素是火焰温度和颗粒的分散程度。火焰温度可通过调节燃气和氧气的流量达到</span><span>zui</span><span>佳。石英颗粒的分散是生产超细球形硅微粉产品的关键工艺,超细粉体颗粒小,比表面积大,由于静电引力及范德华力极易产生团聚现象。如果在进入球化炉前不解决角形硅微粉团聚问题,多个石英微粒会在火焰中粘结共熔,球化后会形成粒径很大的颗粒,影响产品的质量及产率。可采用高压空气将超细粉体雾化,再进行超声分散,使团聚的原料颗粒解聚,提高球形硅微粉产品的球化率。</span><span></span></span>
